New Faces Travel & Shipping Ltd. is under the laws of Turkish Republic and it accepts your reservations under the following terms and conditions.

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS: A deposit of $ 250 per person is required to process and confirm the reservation at the time of registration. Balance of payment must be received 21 days prior to departure.

GROUP BOOKINGS: A deposit of $ 100 per person is required to process and confirm the reservation at the time of registration. Balance of payment must be received 30 days prior to departure.

If your balance is not paid at the specified time (unless previously arranged with us in writing) we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: Cancellations should be received by New Faces Travel Ltd. in writing. We strongly suggest the purchase of the Trip Cancellation and Tour Interruption Insurance. Deadline for cancellation of individual bookings is 7 days, for groups 30 days prior to the departure of the tour. For cancellations on departure date or after no refund will be made regardless of the cause, whatsoever. No refund can be made for no-shows, unused hotel accommodation, meals or tours not taken cannot be refunded.

Should we cancel your holiday, your deposit and any other payments made will be refunded in full. However, if our cancellation is due to ‘force majeure’ any reasonable expenses we have incurred will be deducted from your refund. (War, civil or political unrest is usually known as force majeure). All refunds and compensation are strictly limited to the amount paid to us and we are not liable for any expenses you have incurred as a result of this booking. Your holiday will not be cancelled after the final payment is due unless we are forced to do so by force majeure.

The tour leader/guide who represents NEW FACES TRAVEL has overriding authority on our tours. By signing our booking form, you agree to do this. If you commit any illegal act on a tour with us or if in the opinion of the tour leader or ground operator your behavior is detrimental to the safety and welfare of the group as a whole you may be asked to leave the tour without any right to refund.

Any complaints with regard to our tours must be immediately brought to the attention of the tour leader, ground operators or hotelier so that the necessary action to rectify the matter can be taken. However, if by the end of the tour you still feel you have a valid complaint you must notify the company, in writing, within 14 days of the end of your tour with NEW FACES TRAVEL AND SHIPPING LTD.

You are responsible for ensuring all necessary travel documents are in order. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months after entry.

AIRLINE CLAUSE: The airlines concerned and their agents and affiliates are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not onboard the aircraft. The passenger ticket in use by said airlines and the purchaser of these tickets and/or passenger. These tours may be sold in conjunction with services of any IATA airline.

TRANSPORTATION: Land transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary and depending upon the size of the group by motorcoach, van or private car.

HOTELS: Deluxe, first class and special category hotels are used throughout. New Faces Travel reserves the right to substitute any hotel listed with another of the same category if deemed necessary.

SIGHTSEEING: Sightseeing as outlined in the itineraries is conducted including the services of English speaking professional guides liecenced by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Entrance fees to all places visited are included.

POSSIBLE CHANGES IN ITINERARY: Occasionally the land portion of the tour may be extended or curtailed because of unforseen changes in traansportation schedules. There may be other instances in which alterations become necessary or advisable. Any savings realized by these changes will be paassed on to the passengers any resultant expenses shall be borne by the passengers.

INSURANCE: New Faces Travel does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any personal effects. Baggage, personal effects and accident and health insurance are recommended.

LIABILITY: New Faces Travel and/or their agents act only as agents in regard to travel, whether by railroad, motorcar, motorcoach, boat or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arraangements for the tour. They can not accept responsibility for losses or additionalexpenses due to delay or changes in air services, strike, war, quarantine or any other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar category for those indicaated and to make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused in air schedules. The prices of the tours are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of printing. The issuance and acceptance of voucher or ticket shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. All arrangements for land accomodations and transportation are made by New Faces Travel.

On signing the booking form you show your willingness to accept our terms and conditions. On accepting your booking we agree to carry out our obligations to you as defined in our web site.
By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions, including all terms contained in the User Agreement.
