I met Yasar Karadag in 2001 when my husband, myself and three friends arrived in Turkey for a 10 days travel adventure. Yasar was our guide and quickly became our friend. He was very knowledgeable about the subject material of our tour. He created a unique experience for us at several of the ancient sites we visited and I knew when we parted at the end of our time in Turkey that we had developed a lifelong relationship. Yasar and my husband became like “brothers” and we’ve been back to Turkey several times to visit this beloved country and the wonderful, kind and loving people.
My love affair with Turkey began in 2004 when I met Yaşar and New Faces Travel. He introduced me to his beautiful country and friendly, welcoming people. Yaşar makes his country’s culture and history come alive with the passion he puts into every tour and everything he shares. I wouldn’t experience Turkey with anyone else.
Yasar and his people turn a vacation into a life-changing experience. I love Turkey because Yasar showed me not only the country and its culture, but also the wonderful people. He takes you off the beaten path, and that’s where you see the real people.
