Hand crafted items have been around since the very early days of man, reflecting the environmental conditions of his geography. The first examples of hand-made tools were used primarily for protection, hunting and gathering food. Tools were later improved into more sophisticated forms, due to changing and more complex forms of life, which eventually became localized, traditionally reflecting the culture of a particular society and accepted as an art. Considering the enormously rich history and geography of Turkey, which form a rich mosaic by bringing together genuine values, with the cultural heritage of the different civilizations, these changes have passed through Anatolia over the millennia. On this tour, not only we get to see the main sites of Turkey, but also indulge in the rich cultural background of Turkish arts and crafts by joining the artists in their workshops.
